Harry Potter Clipboards
A new year, a new homework plan!
My co-teacher and I have decided that instead of waiting until Friday to check math homework (my previous system-they had all week to get it done and turned in; I had all weekend to grade it), we’re going to check the next day as soon as math starts.
We knew we wanted to use some sort of checklist to help us with this process, and we would be walking around to check while the kiddos worked on their entrance tickets (coming soon!). This sparked the idea of a clipboard, so I found a great black one that opens-perfect for storing checklists, finished homework, behavior slips and writing tools.
Whiiiiiiiiich of course I had to decorate.
We both love Harry Potter, so when I grabbed these clipboards with storage, I knew I wanted to put our crests on them. She’s totally a Gryffindor; I’m totally a Ravenclaw. I created a Silhouette file that has the crests along with the offsets. I cut them out, transferred them and loved the look!
To give it a final touch, I added this quote on the front!
